Steps

  1. Mix 11 tablespoons sugar with 1/2 cup of water.
  2. Melt the mixture of sugar and water until it turns into the golden liquid that called caramel, when it boil squeeze (about 5 to 7 minutes) half of a lime into caramel and keep heating until the caramel turn into the browish color.
  3. Crack the eggs, seperate the yolks of 4 eggs and beat them with 4 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons vanilla extract in milk and condensed milk.
  4. Pour a little of caramel to cover the bottom of the cups and then pour the mixture into the cups.
  5. Steam the cups for 30 to 40 minutes and put them into the refrigerator until they cool down completely and ready to be served.
