Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 8.5 ounce of milk
- 1 cup of white sugar
- 2 tablespoons of coffee
- 2 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 of lime
- A can of condense milk
- Water
Steps
- Mix 11 tablespoons sugar with 1/2 cup of water.
- Melt the mixture of sugar and water until it turns into the golden liquid that called caramel, when it boil squeeze (about 5 to 7 minutes) half of a lime into caramel and keep heating until the caramel turn into the browish color.
- Crack the eggs, seperate the yolks of 4 eggs and beat them with 4 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons vanilla extract in milk and condensed milk.
- Pour a little of caramel to cover the bottom of the cups and then pour the mixture into the cups.
- Steam the cups for 30 to 40 minutes and put them into the refrigerator until they cool down completely and ready to be served.
