Fun Stuff (click anywhere to alternate!):
I am a huge football fan! I love watching the Minnesota Vikings, playing fantasy football, and watching videos breaking down film. My best football memory is watching the Minneapolis Miracle in person!
My favorite show right now is Attack on Titan! I binge watched it this winter and now I'm waiting for the final season to wrap up. I recommend this show to everyone so watch it after you're done with your CSE 154 homework!
Helpful tips:
- Start on projects earlier than you think! This class is very rewarding, but some of the assignments are tricky. If you get stuck on a problem late close to the deadline, you'll end up using a late day and those run out fast!
- Getting a site to look how you want is tough. Don't worry if you aren't a great designer; There are plenty of resources to help you get started! For example, I used a fun website called Khroma to generate this page's color scheme. You can find plenty more websites that help you out with getting to know css on the course webpage!
- Spend extra time on Creative Projects. The CPs really give a lot of flexibility so use it! Putting a lot of effort into a project really teaches you web development skills and look great in a portfolio.
