Web programming is an insanely cool topic and super useful for creating nifty things! 154 has been one of my favorite classes because of how creative you get to be with what you're learning. If I went back in time and gave myself advice, it would be:

• Always play around with what you're learning!
• The WPL is an incredible place to do homework
• Pay attention in lecture + section + lab
• Read the spec at least (!) 3 times:
  • Before starting the project
  • During the project
  • After the project
• Ask questions as soon as something doesn't make sense
• Email your TA (they want you to succeed )

And above all else, show off everything you create to your family/friends to make them go ooo and ahhh!
