All students should subscribe to cse143-announce. This will be our primary means of sending you important, late- breaking news.  This list is ONLY for important announcements from the staff, and students can not send mail to this address.  That means that you need not fear an excessive amount of traffic when you are subscribed to this list. Those who do not know how to subscribe can read about how to subscribe.

General Course Discussion

For general class discussion on the lectures, homework, etc. you will use the newsgroup uwash.class.cse143.bboard. If you do not already know how to use newsgroups such as this, here are some instructions for reading the news with pine or Outlook Express (several other ways to read the news are available, but theseare two of the simplest).
