Consultants who are unable to attend their scheduled hours will attempt to arrange for a substitute, but in case this is not possible, there may be times when no consultant is on duty, even though one appears on this schedule.

IPL lab monitors (front desk people) are staffed by C&C (Computers and Communications). The IPL is intended to be open during all the hours shown on this schedule, except where indicated. On holidays and during breaks between quarters the lab might be closed, or open only limited hours.
