Textbook

The primary textbook is a work in progress, being written by the instructor and George Stockman of Michigan State. We will post the appropriate chapters here as they are needed (and finished). There is also an errata page with corrections for the errors that have been caught so far. Your comments are welcome.

The PDF files are significantly smaller than the PostScript files, but they have lower resolution images.
