Proportional Control -- low gain. Slow response.

Increase Proportional Gain - fast response w/ overshoot.

Add a derivative term

Our system cannot be modeled by an RC circuit (like the oven can). It is a "second order system"
Must be modeled by an LRC circuit (interplay of kinetic (L), potential energy (C), and  friction (R).

Step response (ramp up, ramp down, stop)

Frequency Response (drive frequence ~ = natural frequency of the RLC circuit)

Drive frequency = 1/10 natural frequency (slow drive)

Drive Frequency = 10x natural frequency
