Sze Ying Kong and Brad Weikel


Since we had put so much effort into our own lights (spot light, warn lighting, and cylinder light), we wanted to do showcase them. The best way to do this was by focusing on the shadows, rather than the objects themselves; we wanted to make an image out of the shadows.

 Mickey's head and ears are the shadows of the three visible spheres cast by a wide cylinder light. The facial features are created with spotlights, with spheres placed to block portions of the lights and prevent overlap.
