All types of Hashtables should re-hash - Regardless of the type of hashtable you are implementing, it should re-hash at a certain point. This could be because it reaches a certain load factor or it fails or whenever.
You MUST use printDataCount to print out your results - Whether you have sorted the entire list or are only printing the top-K, you should call printDataCount to print your results to the screen. Check out this thread for a discussion of printing the top-K.

NO Java Collections - Remember that you should NOT be using data structures from the Java Collections (e.g. no ArrayLists) when implementing the project. It is fine to use methods from the Math class. It *IS* o.k. to use things from Java Collections when testing.
