You may be required to write pseudocode. Any such code will be evaluated as an algorithm, not as valid syntax in Java or any other language.
You may be asked to give a simple proof. Any such proof will be intended to show that you know how to prove things. You will not be expected to have a "magic insight" in the course of the proof.

We are happy to provide examples of prior exams in CSE 326 and CSE 332. This does not imply anything about the nature of our exam. Some include questions on topics we did not cover. Some lack questions on topics we did cover. We simply provide them as a convenience.
