Freshmen! If you’re taking CSE 142 or 143 in Autumn, we invite you to join Programming with Purpose: Creativity and Careers in CS!

Computer science goes beyond the cubicle -- computer scientists are problem-solvers, using creativity, mathematical reasoning, and a variety of skills to create new technologies and improve lives.

This interactive seminar explores how you can contribute to the fabulous field of technology. We'll visit a local company, view demos of current CSE research, and meet a variety of people working in the field. (See calandar below.)

This is an opportunity to explore majors and careers, and meet other students interested in technology.
